Shipping Policies

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Western New York and some orders are drop shipped directly from our manufacturer's warehouse in various states within the continental US.

Free Shipping Over $99.00

Orders totaling $99.00 or more (minus tax) are eligible for Free Shipping.

*This offer excludes all pond liners and other items marked as ineligible within their product description.

This offer is only valid in the 48 contiguous states.


All orders received by 11:00 a.m. EST and shipped from our warehouse in Western New York will ship within 24 hours. Orders that are being shipped from other locations will ship between 24-36 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays,  Sundays or Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Address Corrections

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. If any aspect of the shipping address needs to be changed after the order leaves our warehouse, UPS Ground and UPS Express charge a minimum fee plus all additional shipping charges. UPS Freight, used to move large items, charges a minimum fee plus all additional freight charges. These fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Advice for Receiving Your Order

When you receive your order and before attempting to use any product, it is crucial that you check for both Suspect Damage and Obvious Damage. We also advice that you check to make sure that there are no missing parts or anything broken.  If you find any problems, you must inform us ASAP!

Suspect Damage

On occasion, the outer carton may look damaged, but the product inside the box is perfectly fine. If you suspect concealed damage, notate "Possible Freight Damage" on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This way, if you discover later that the product is damaged, the remedy of a freight claim is less of a hassle.

Obvious Damage

Do not sign for damaged products. If your product arrives damaged, please (a) REFUSE DELIVERY and (b) Call Us Immediately at 1-844-752-5513 so we can process the appropriate claims and coordinate an exchange for you.

Do not sign for a liner you believe has been damaged in shipping.
