When to Use
AlgaeOff can be used as needed to kill or remove actively growing algae at the prescribed rate to treat existing algae growth.

How to Apply
Ponds & Lakes:Â Treat floating or submerged algae mats evenly from the shoreline out. Spread 1.5 - 2.5 pounds per 500 square feet of the treatment area. If the majority of your pond is covered during hot weather or when treating heavy growth, it is important to treat no more than ÂĽ of your pond at a time and wait the full 14 days before re-applying. This helps lower the risk of fish loss during hot weather or when treating heavy growth. Heavy growth may require re-treatment.
Use Restrictions
After application, do not allow undiluted granules to remain in an unsupervised area where humans or animals are exposed.
Not recommended for Chara treatments. Can be used in ponds with carp.

Keep product away from children and pets when not in use. AlgaeOff becomes hazards to humans and domestic animals - if absorbed through the skin or swallowed.
